Terms of Service

Effective: March 1, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Yoylive Inc. (the "Company") and users regarding the use of the yoy.live service (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the streamer-sponsor matching platform operated by the Company, including game campaign participation, stream analytics, and revenue settlement features.
  2. "Streamer" refers to a user who joins the Service to participate in game campaigns and generate revenue through broadcasting.
  3. "Sponsor" refers to a corporation or individual who registers and operates game marketing campaigns through the Service.
  4. "Campaign" refers to game marketing activities registered by Sponsors, including CPV-based and game key distribution types.
  5. "CPV" stands for Cost Per View, a billing method based on stream viewer counts.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments)

  1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, with at least 7 days' prior notice specifying the effective date and reasons for change.
  3. Users who do not agree to amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service.

Article 4 (Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is established when the user agrees to the Terms and completes the registration process prescribed by the Company.
  2. The Company may refuse registration or terminate the agreement if the user uses another person's identity, provides false information, or fails to meet registration requirements.

Article 5 (Service Usage)

  1. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.
  2. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for unavoidable reasons such as equipment maintenance, with prior notice.
  3. Streamers must comply with campaign conditions (minimum followers, game play requirements, etc.) when participating in campaigns.

Article 6 (Revenue and Settlement)

  1. CPV campaign revenue is calculated based on 60-second interval viewer count (ACV) measurements and is confirmed after administrative review upon campaign completion.
  2. Confirmed revenue is settled in Korean Won (KRW) to the bank account registered by the streamer.
  3. Settlement cycles operate once or twice monthly according to streamer settings.
  4. If fraudulent activity (viewer manipulation, bot usage, etc.) is confirmed, revenue payment may be denied or previously paid amounts may be subject to recovery.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not artificially manipulate metrics such as viewer or follower counts, claim revenue without meeting campaign conditions, use others' accounts without authorization, interfere with stable service operation, or violate applicable laws.

Article 8 (Service Restrictions and Suspension)

The Company may take measures including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension if users violate Article 7 obligations or interfere with normal service operation. Unsettled revenue payments may be withheld in such cases.

Article 9 (Disclaimers)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruptions.
  2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
  3. The Company is not obligated to mediate disputes between streamers and sponsors but may cooperate for smooth resolution.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes regarding these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Lawsuits arising from service use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing the Company's headquarters.
