Yoylive Inc. (the "Company") collects and uses personal information for the purposes of identity verification, service provision and campaign matching, revenue settlement, service improvement and statistical analysis, and customer inquiry response.
Required: Social login information (name, email, profile image), settlement account information (bank name, account number, account holder name)
Automatically collected: Streaming platform data (channel ID, followers, viewers, broadcast duration), service usage records (access time, IP address, browser information)
Required: Google sign-in information (account identifier, email). We do not store the name or profile image from your Google account.
Optional: a display name you enter yourself, the account identifier and nickname of streaming platforms you connect (CHZZK, Twitch, CIME, YouTube), ranking visibility preference, and notification consent
Generated through use of the service: per-streamer check-in records, point history (reason, time, streamer), and viewer coupon claims (including the page it was claimed from)
While a streamer is broadcasting, we collect the public chat and donation records of that broadcast. This includes chat messages, the platform nickname at the time of the message, the account identifier provided by the platform, and donation amounts. This is used to generate broadcast reports and highlight analysis, and applies to viewers who have not signed up for the Fan Hub.
The above activity is also retained as a monthly aggregate (message count, donation count and total, last known nickname). If you join the Fan Hub and connect that platform account, the aggregate is used to compute the engagement ranking. If not connected, the aggregate remains linked only to the platform identifier and is not displayed.
The Company promptly destroys personal information after the purpose of collection is achieved. Per applicable laws: contract/subscription records are retained for 5 years, payment records for 5 years, consumer dispute records for 3 years, and access logs for 3 months.
When a viewer member withdraws, we immediately destroy the account identifiers (Google account identifier, email, display name) and platform connections. Check-in, point and coupon claim records remain as settlement evidence toward advertisers, but from that point they are no longer linked to an identifiable individual.
Chat and donation records collected during broadcasts, and their monthly aggregates, are retained to provide broadcast reports. Viewers may request deletion of records concerning them using the methods in section 6 below.
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except when the user has given prior consent, when required by law enforcement per legal procedures, or when providing de-identified campaign performance data to sponsors for settlement purposes.
Processing is delegated to Cloudflare (infrastructure, global edge network), Supabase (database hosting, South Korea), Amazon Web Services (broadcast recording processing, South Korea), PostHog (product analytics, EU), Google Analytics (product analytics, US), Sentry (error monitoring, Germany), and Axiom (server log retention, US). PostHog receives an internal, randomly generated identifier used to distinguish members and records of screen usage; it does not receive emails, names, chat messages, or coupon codes. Google Analytics receives page view records, browser and device information, and a randomly generated per-browser identifier; it does not receive member account identifiers, emails, or names.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, processing suspension, or account withdrawal at any time through the service settings page or by contacting the privacy officer via email.
The Company implements TLS/SSL encryption, access control, encrypted storage of settlement account information, security software updates, and minimized access by trained personnel.
The Service uses browser local storage for authentication token management. It also stores identifiers in cookies to distinguish users for product analytics (PostHog and Google Analytics). No third-party advertising trackers are used.

This Privacy Policy may be amended due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, and changes will be announced through service notifications.
The Service uses YouTube API Services to read, once and on a read-only basis, the channel ID and channel name of the YouTube channel the user connects. Only those two values are stored; the Service does not read videos, playlists, watch history or revenue data.
Publicly visible channel information such as subscriber count is collected separately from public pages, not through YouTube API Services, and does not involve any permission on your Google Account.
The Service uses TikTok Login Kit to read, once, the identifier (open_id/union_id) and the display name of the TikTok account a streamer connects. Only those two values are stored; the Service does not read videos, follower counts or like counts.
